TBYY waist wheel flow meter is used for the pipe for continuous or intermittent liquid flow measurement of high precision measuring instruments.Its principle is that when liquid flows through measuring room being measured, the import and export form differential pressure flowmeter, waist wheel driven pressure differential rotation here, at the same time through a pair of drive gear on the waist wheel to keep two waist wheel rotating in a row, with waist wheel rotation, the liquid through a measuring room constant discharge flow meter, the amount of fluid flow through each pair is four times the size of chamber volume meter quantity, through sealed coupling, retarding mechanism, transfer after the number of revolution to slow down to the counter, counter instructed liquid instantaneous flow and cumulative flow.It has a wide range, simple structure, small pressure loss, viscosity, strong adaptability, can measure the high temperature, high viscosity liquid, calibration is convenient, easy to install and flow field has no special requirements for import and export of the pipe, and many other advantages, is representative of the volumetric flowmeter products.And therefore is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, defence, food and other industrial and commercial sector oil fuel flow detection.
